Booster Blend from Morgan's is a great way to bring more malt character to your next extract beer. The mixture of Dextrose, Light Dry Malt and Maltodextrin make Booster Blend a smooth character for bringing an extra kick of alcohol and flavour to your beer.
Booster Blend will also improve the head on your beer, so if you keep winding up with thin or quickly vanishing heads on your extract beers, this will help keep the head up. Use this or trim your moustache, because oils on facial hair in contact with your beer will flatten out a head faster than a train on a 5 cent coin.
