Shipping policy

We offer FREE LOCAL Delivery to anyone who spends over $150 and lives within select postcodes.

These postcodes cover most of the Lower Hunter, Port Stephens, Newcastle and Central Coast areas.

Local delivery orders below $150 have a delivery fee of $20.

Partnered with AusPost and CouriersPlease we now ship a wide range of our products to most of Australia.

Unfortunately, we do not offer free shipping at this time.

The quoted shipping prices are what we are charged to send the product to you.

Some goods are excluded from shipping outside of our local range. This mostly includes bulky goods like hay and chaff or dangerous goods like some pesticides.

1. We may choose to ship with a delivery partner other than the one you select if it is necessary for us.

2. We do not take responsibility for anything lost or damaged in transit.

3. If the shipping fee is calculated incorrectly and vastly different to the actual cost, we will contact you to resolve the discrepancy.
